MATOUK QUALITY: Excellent quality and color.

I’m pleased with my selection and my sales rep found the navy blue fabric swatch so I could see the true color. Queen size. Was ordered and delivered in 10 days. A big THANK YOU to AMY. D. for her superb customer service. She made the difference because I bought more than I intended!!! (Big Sale had started).

Disappointing

It appeared that the product had possibly been returned by someone else because of the way it was packaged. The original manufacturer's plastic case was not snapped because the quilt didn't fit in the bag properly. When I opened the quilt, there was a long dark hair on the quilt (and it was not mine.) That was disturbing and I am returning it.

Happy

I would have preferred the navy-blue color but am happy that the order wasn't cancelled because it was completely sold out. It arrived here earlier than expected which was nice. MATOUK is a great brand for sheets and covers. Extremely pleased!

Truly lightweight coverlet

A nice light-weight coverlet is difficult to find so I was glad when an in-store sales person suggested this one. The color is neutral and does not conflict with my decor. It seems to run a little large although my bed bed is low with no box spring. I have not laundered it as yet but it is washable with ironing optional.

Ordered the product twice. Both times the order was cancelled as unavailable. So, cannot review favorably.
