Bad Online Purchase

The earrings themselves are very nice, however I would not recommend buying a jewelry purchase from Bloomingdales online. This is the second time a jewelry purchase has been fulfilled poorly. I could not believe they sent me these earrings in the damaged state they were in. I was informed that stores fulfill the orders, so it's not like these items are stored at a fulfillment center. The french hook were so obviously bent out of shape, they would have knowingly tried to unload the damaged pair to an online customer. That's unacceptable.

Pretty

this is a pretty earring, but the turquoise is very pale. I was expecting a very saturated color but that is not the case. I still keept it as I got it on sale.
