Loving it!

Got these on sale in person and ended up buying two handbags! The quality is sturdy, durable, and keeps its shape without an organizer. The strap is adjustable which gives me the option to wear it cross body or on the shoulder. It can fit a normal sized wallet, car keys, hand cream, sanitizer, lip gloss, and sunglasses without the case. Overall great bag for everyday use and very lowkey making me feel safe using it in the city.

sent in poor condition I am returning it

The purse is beautiful but it was sent by Bloomingdales in poor condition. First the tassels were messed up. Second the strap was messed up. I am sure Chloe would be upset.

Bag is great, shipping fell far below expectations

Love the bag, but the packaging from Bloomingdale’s was shockingly cheap. A $1,500 designer bag arrived tossed in a box with no bubble wrap and no dust bag. Luxury pricing should come with luxury care, and this felt careless and unacceptable.
