SCAMMED ME!!!

bloomingdale’s scammed me out of my bag for my mom’s birthday. the convinced me to use a gift card to buy it online at the store. my bag didn’t come and they told me they can’t issue a refund or reship! and since my money on a gift card with them. i can’t dispute it. i lost $600+! never again. i hate Bloomingdales
