The bag is not the issue

This was a purchase for a Mother’s Day gift to my daughter. I am highly disappointed and glad that I had it delivered to my house because this was atrocious. This must have been a return. No tickets on it , hair everywhere and folded in a weird way. I will contact customer service to get this resolved they have never let me down.

Great bag for travel

I have been looking to purchase this bag for a while now and travel g was the perfect excuse. It is roomy enough to hold everything you need on the plane and the right size to fit under the seat. A+ in my book!
