Terrible customer service
Awful- strap broke after three months. Bloomingdale’s would not honor or replace the strap called the manufacturer like they told me I had to. They told me that they couldn’t do it. I had to go back to where I purchased. It will never buy this product again and will probably not shop at Bloomingdale’s any longer either do not stand by their product

Beautiful Red Bag!
The color is a beautiful red, and the bag is a good size. However, the gold chain is not detachable so the chain will need to go inside the bag when using the other strap or as a clutch.
