CHEAP!

i have gotten three of these because they had all had defaults or somthing wrong with them. to start i got it and 5 days of using it the stiching on the straps on top started comming loose. scared that it would soon break i exchanged it for another one. upon coming home from the mall after exchanging, i realized that the on the back pack the “Marc by Marc Jacobs” logo was upside down! so then i exchanged it. now, four weeks later the straps are fraying. i am very disappointed with the quality of this. i love this backpack to death, but i feel like i should return it and get a different brand....
