Horrible Quality

After only two weeks of normal wear, the heel became damaged. I wore them only a handful of times and treated them carefully. The quality is shockingly cheap for the price, definitely do not recommend.

BLOOMINGDALES NEED TO DO BETTER

I ordered these shoes and they came in terrible condition. You can tell these choose were worn. I reached out to exchange them & they have yet to send me a new pair. Now the shoes are sold out. This is terrible and customer service is a joke. Imagine opening a pair of shoes you've wanted for a long time and this is what you see. HORRID !!!!

I never got them

I ordered these as a gift and they were delivered without a signature required while I was not home and they were stolen. Bloomingdale’s has been extremely unhelpful in the matter and will not send a new pair or issue a refund.
