Wrong size received
Loved the belt, but like other reviewers, received the wrong size. It was returned.
Good customer service
I want this belt more than anything but this is the SECOND time I’ve received an XXL so I’m determined to find it somewhere else. They let me keep the first one but it’s so big I still need a smaller size 🥺
Backend Error
There is an error on the backend at Bloomingdales- they sent me an XL three times instead of the medium that I ordered. After receiving the wrong size the third time and having to return it, I gave up on this item.
Sizing is wrong
I wish I could write a review on this belt, but after 4 attempts at ordering it I have yet to receive the correct one. I ordered an XS, received a Medium. They sent a replacement and was again sent a medium. I reordered an XXS because I was told the XS was out of stock…received a large. I ordered a replacement and asked them to double check the sizing before it was shipped but I again received a Large. Ridiculous.
Not the right size
Both the belt itself and the tag on the belt say XL. I ordered a Medium. Apparently, whoever is filling these orders doesn't look at the size requested. What is wrong with this company?
