Just what I was looking for!

I have not used the rpaster yet, but it is the exact size that I needed and the quality that I had been looking for! It is also lighter weight and so with the larger turkey I usually roast (20-22 lbs) it is not too heavy going in and out of the oven.

This is the winner, “Pans Down”

The pan is an even conductor of heat and is the right size for a medium to large turkey. It makes a great pan to use for roasting other meats as well.
