This is the most stylish and comfortable coat. I highly recommend it. I’m 5”4”, so I struggle a bit with the length when going up and down stairs, but only when the coat is open. All in all, it's a keeper!

Less about the coat, more about Bloomingdales
Perhaps someone here can help explain to me how I purchased this coat and my bank card was charged $1325 but when I returned this coat (the coat is beautiful was too long & big) I was only refunded $1069.10. Bloomingdales is claiming I used loyalist points towards this purchase but I dont know how that is possible when I was charged $1325. I would expect since I no longer have this coat in my possession, I would be refunded the full amount of $1325 to my bank card but Bloomingdales is claiming I used loyalist points on this purchase. If I used those points, wouldn't the amount charged to my bank card be for that same lesser amount? This feels like robbery.

Great coat - size up!
Great coat but it fits small in the sleeves. Definitely go one size up for that but it fits well in the torso.
Misleading color
I bought this coat on sale in the color "carbon," which looked like a very dark grey online. When I received it, I was surprised that the color is incredibly different from the pictures I saw and is more of a light grey. I am very disappointed in the marketing/photos of the item. The misleading photos are also on the main Mackage website. Please correct the photos.
Super warm and stylish
This coat is exactly what I was looking for. Very warm as well as very stylish. It’s a little on the snug side so I recommend buying one size up.
