How do I know if it fits me?

I ordered this a few weeks ago and returned it because there's no way for me to try it on! The tag is long and wraps around the zipper and if I cut it I can not return it. I called Bloomingdale's and they were helpful and sent me another one! But then again the tag wraps around the dress and the zipper!

Saint know that returns are third party so you won’t get refund for ten days. True to size. Baggy on top so had to return.

Mature Look

This looks youthful and chic in the online photo but has a rather matronly look in person. The waistline is high I guess to accommodate a less than svelte figure. Not the chic look I was expecting.
