Runs large and zipper has a strange pucker

This dress is beautiful and I love the bead work, however, by the size chart I should be a 10, I decided to order an 8, and ended up needing a 6. This dress either runs very large or their chart is off. The material has a good amount of stretch to it as well. Also, the zipper puckered in near the waist and was very noticeable, not sure what caused that, as the dress was almost hanging off me.
