Refund Delayed

be aware if you return a Mac Duggal item to a Bloomingdales store you may be delayed in getting a refund. Bloomingdales store will take back the item BUT you don't get a refund until the item is received by MacDuggal. Currently the 2 dresses I returned are sitting somewhere in Bloomingdales waiting for them to get them to UPS. It's been 3 days and UPS still doesn't have my returned dresses -Bloomingdales is holding onto them. Had I known how this works I would've print out UPS labels and dropped them at a UPS store. Gorgeous dress but the top was too open

The fit was great, but it was just not quite my style (a little too much sparkle for me). I will be sending it back.

The quality of this dress was fantastic but it didn't fit me correctly. It was tight through the body and large up top. I even ordered a size larger but the same problem occurred. I wanted to love this dress but unfortunately, it did not work for me. I am 5' 3" and 104 lbs and the 0 and size 2 just ran small.

Very fun dress! A bit low cut for me so had to sew the neck “V” cut up a bit. There is a bit of extra fabric in the hips which gives a natural volume if you have less there naturally.
