Beautiful dress but sleeve are very tight

I love this dress, is beautiful but the sleeve are soo tight that I I can't lift mine arm to fix my hair

Wonderful dress

This dress is pretty, showed a picture to my friends and they also really liked the dress. Unfortunate for me the sleeves were a little tight and I didn't want to take a chance wearing for period of time. I really liked the dress though.

Heavy, bulky, unflattering

I would not recommend this dress to anybody. It fit perfectly, (5'8", 157 lbs., size 12) but was extremely unflattering, bulky heavy and itchy.

I returned this dress it was for a wedding and it still has the ink tag on it so I was unable to wear it

Beautiful but too Fancy

This is a beautiful dress, very well made, but a little too large and fancy for me. The arms are stiff, as other people have said, and I know that if I ordered a size smaller they would have ripped with my dance moves (lol) at my daughter's wedding. I returned it.

Pretty but sleeves are too tight

This was a pretty dress that I considered. However, the sleeves are tight and uncomfortable so I returned it.

Beautiful-but what's with the fit of the sleeves?!

This was the dress of my dreams--the color! the cut! The length was perfect, the bodice fit like a dream. The only problem? I couldn't get my arms in the sleeves, and that is not something easily altered. Who decided that tourniquet sleeves were de rigueur this year? I will now be wearing a less perfect gown, with sleeves designed for humans. Sigh. So close, and yet so far.

Comfortable, Beautiful and Forgiving Dress - Added Bell Sleeves

Bought this dress for my son's May 17th Beach wedding. I am 65, curvy size 12/14 DD bra size and dress was perfect for me. I do love more "sexy" gowns but for this wedding and as mother of the groom, I wanted to look and feel more conservative but trendy and lovely. I also want total COMFORT! I love that I do not have to squeeze into any shapewear as the dress has a higher embellished waistline. Smoothing undergarments and my regular bra work fine. I did have my alterations include: Adding covering (using lace from hem alteration) at plunging neckline as I am too busty for a deep plunge bra. This allows me to wear my good and comfy bra. Invest in a good bra ladies! Added BELL SLEEVES (LOVE) to the end of the cuff (at the wrist) that I saw on anther Macdougall dress. Although lovely I did not want the cuff as it was, so again using the hem surplus fabric, I had the seamstress gather fabric to add bell sleeves from wrist to top of hand on the sleeves. Looks beautiful and a bit more "trendy" and "youthful. Last, I hemmed dress as it looks in picture. I am wearing silver strappy sandals, kitten heel, and as it is on the beach for ceremony and dancing indoors at venue, I did not want to step on or trip on floor length. So made it slightly below ankles as model has it. I am not wearing necklace, as bodice is embellished with flowers and crystals. I am wearing Givenchy blue and crystal orb drop earrings. Overall, love my choice as MOG. If you want to be comfortable and look elegant for a great price and a quality gown, this is a great choice. Will come back after wedding to add photos if allowed.
