Very flattering but waist is a little too tight

I had a baby last year so I had to go a size up but even that the waist was a little too tight for me. I was ok before the dinner but then after the dinner my fat was definitely squeezed out of the cut-outs…

Waist size was the right size but top was huge! You need to have breast implants to fill it. Pretty but unfortunately size is weird.
