Practically perfect

My XS is similar to Mary Poppins's bag, regularly holding a wallet, phone, Nanobag sling, sunglasses, keys, mirror, and lipstick (but not a hat stand.) After almost a year of daily use, the soft, creamy leather and immaculate stitching look brand new. I'd planned to use it as a crossbody, but it looks fetching and chic as a handbag.

The bag is cute but had a scratch at the front

If you’re going to pay over $500 for a bag, don’t do it from Bloomingdale’s go to the boutique save your money and buy something else. This bag is cute but not worth the money plus I was sent a bag that has a scratch on the front it’s honestly too much of a hassle to return or ask for a refund so I’ll just keep it, but I will never order again. No dust bag no decent box. It was just thrown into a plastic bag as if it was an Amazon delivery. In fact Amazon does better..

Wrong item shipped

I ordered the correct item online however, received a completely different bag. I called customer service and they offered me a refund and a return label to return the item i received but the item i originally ordered is no longer available on the website. This is completely unacceptable and wrong of the company to have made such big mistake. It’s upsetting to have a packaging team making these kind of errors for their company.
