Wrong item shipped

I ordered the correct item online however, received a completely different bag. I called customer service and they offered me a refund and a return label to return the item i received but the item i originally ordered is no longer available on the website. This is completely unacceptable and wrong of the company to have made such big mistake. It’s upsetting to have a packaging team making these kind of errors for their company.

Love this bag!

I’ve been wearing this bag almost a year now and I absolutely love it. Big enough to hold everything you need but still small enough to wear crossbody and everyday. I haven’t stopped wearing it since I bought it and it’s still in great condition. It’s definitely my favorite everyday bag I’ve ever owned. You can wear it at night too which is a plus.
