Disappointed in Packaging Not What I Expected fr

I recently purchased the Longchamp Le Pliage Original Mini Pouch from Bloomingdales.com, and while I love the product itself, the packaging left a lot to be desired. It arrived via UPS in a thin, tattered plastic Bloomingdale’s bag, offering little protection. Inside, the Longchamp pouch was placed in a clear ziplock-style Longchamp bag—but even that was damaged, with a broken zip top. For a premium retailer and a quality brand, I expected better care in presentation and shipping.

Perfect little bag!!

I love this little pouch! I ordered a matching crossbody strap and it’s the perfect crossbody. It hold more than it looks like it will. It holds my phone, card case, sunglasses and lip balm with a little room to spare. I got the paper color which goes with everything. It’s going to be my summer bag for sure! If you are not a large purse girl, this is perfect!
