Disappointing

Very disappointing I ordered the mocha bag as a birthday gift in August only to be told it’s on back order. This the ship date changed twice and now it’s to be shipped next year. However, I’m begin charged as if it’s being shipped now. THIS UNACCEPTABLE, I’VE HAD THIS HAPPEN WITH OTHER STORES. NEEDLESS TO SAY I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Womp womp.

Got my girl this bag for her birthday. Well was supposed to. When I checked out the bag was in stock. After about 7 days of no communication I decided to check on my order to find out is all of a sudden back ordered and I can expect it in February of next year. Disappointed that you guys would sell something you didn’t have then put me on a waiting list without notifying me. I thought Bloomingdale’s fell off but I had no idea yall were down this bad. Please run me my money expeditiously.

Straps could be longer..

This bag is so versatile and spacious. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because I wish that for the medium size, the strap handles would have been as long as the large version. These bags last so long and look so cute.

My Go-To Everyday Bag

I have this in ivory with a navy embroidered horse logo and love it. So I recently bought it in merlot burgundy color. It’s perfect for Fall. The size of the bag and longer handles make it the perfect shoulder bag for everyday use. I only wish the logo was embroidered in a different color - maybe offer option to choose embroidery color.
