A but awkward

I really want to love this bag but it seems so hard to style. The bag is basically shapeless, so if you put a few pouches into it, it doesn’t give this bag a good shape at all. I tried using a bag insert or dust bag, but I still don’t like how they make the bag looks. Sadly will most have to return.

Always ready for shopping

My grandmother’s “filet”, an old fashioned reliable for impromptu shopping, got a stylish facelift thanks to Longchamp creative team. So practical, and yet a great match with an elegant and modern outfit. With the same panache, it can carry a baguette, a book, or a baby bottle. I love the color (brown) , which matches the summer linen whites, and will be equally perfect with winter colors. A great “old is new” concept!

this item will be sent to usps which you will never receive. Waited over two weeks and nothing. A claim was filed.

It’s my first time purchasing online , I sent it to my sister as a gift cause I couldn’t find it in a store but unfortunately she didn’t receive it so I contacted them they denied a refund or reshipment with no reason or investigation! I called them and one of the agent told me that they will send me a refund in 7-10 business days but I didn’t receive any of that so I had to call them back and now the agent that I had on the phone said no sorry no refund or reshipment when I asked for a reason no answer ! I’m writing this review cause I’m so disappointed from my bad experience and how people are disrespectful, if I post the email I received you will be surprised how bad is their customer service . I may lost 100$ in a bag but they just lost a very good customer .
