Great Bag but Poor Packaging!

I have no complaints about the bag itself. My order, however, arrived in a dented box that was too small for my item. The bag was squished and folded diagonally in the box in a plastic bag that was already ripped open. This was obviously a returned item that was then repackaged poorly.

Great bag

Love the crossbody strap. That was the entire reason I bought this bag. The material is stiff but hopefully loosens over time. I purchased this for an upcoming trip and I think it will work well.

I am really excited for this bag, but it was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and I have not gotten a shipping update in 2 days. So that is a bummer.

Pretty fabric and color, but too heavy.

This is my first small Le Pliage tote, and my first Longchamp tote with a shoulder strap. The concept seemed good, but the hardware of the shoulder strap makes what would normally be a very lighweight bag too heavy for the size. Also, this style of tote does not work for a streamlined crossbody look. I returned it. Will order the new bowling bag style that has soft handles, shoulder strap hardware that looks less heavy, and has a more streamlined crossbody look.

so far so good!

I wanted a travel/work tote bag that wasn't too small or too big. This bag fits my essentials and even my iPad. If you are trying to avoid overpacking and want to keep it light, this bag is for you. Also, the removable cross strap is so convenient. (I purchased an orgaznier from Amazon to make the bag have a more structured look so it doesn't sag)
