Good bag but false advisement on promotion

I received the bag on time and quality is amazing. However Bloomingdales is doing false advertising and misleading customers by promising $100 GC during 9/4/2025-9/14/2025 promo period. No gift card was received. NM is offering cheaper price so would recommend to shop there. PS: customer service representative was nice over the phone but not providing the satisfied solution.
