Nice bag, poor packaging

It might not seem fair to lower my rating for the packaging, but as an authorized retailer of Longchamp bags, Bloomingdale's should not be shipping a $400 bag in a plastic mailer. I expect the dust cover to be included (it wasn't) and the bag to be shipped inside a protective box -- not smashed into a plastic mailing bag. Other than that, I love the bag, and once I see if it can be restored to its pre-shipping state, will likely keep it.
