The Longchamp cabal was beautiful but wrong shop!

The worse customer services. SA by the name of Alejandra, doesn’t know how to handle the online order, and got the address wrong to shipped the item to Bloomingdale (her work place). Once my item was delivered at the store, they can’t find item. Somehow, my item was put on the display floor! Better to shop somewhere else with better customer service
