RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM !!!

This is so disappointing. I was sent the wrong item. It was a black cardigan with a large safety pin in the shoulder area. I was so disappointed. Idk how they make that mistake. I better get refunded accurately with compensation for the major inconvenience I have to go through to return this. I’m questioning Bloomingdale’s quality control when purchasing online. This is the second bad experience with an order recently. The other bad experience was when I received a dirty dusty used pair of linen pants. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time shopping at Bloomingdale’s online/on the app.
