Arrived broken

This is a quality control issue. The item was not packed properly. There was no proper packaging. The shipping box was undamaged. There was scotch tape on the product box disappointed

Broke on first use

Broke on first use - so so so disappointed in the quality of this piece. I have many other well loved LC pieces so I was so upset to get one use out of this one before the handle cracked off.
