A workhorse and a showstopper !

I love my recent purchase of the 8.5 Oval Dutch Oven in Peach. I frequently make a pot of gumbo as sustenance for two weeks. I just love the process that making gumbo requires. Pulling out my Le Creuset piece to get to work elevates the experience for me as a home cook. It heats evenly, easy to clean and aesthetically looks great on my stovetop . This is my fourth Le Creuset piece and I couldnt be more pleased.
