Pot is everything I wanted it to be!

Wish I hadn’t waited several months to get this 2.25 quart pot. I love how it get cooking jobs done and it’s gorgeous in my kitchen. I have a colorful assortment of Le Creuset cookware and this Caribbean Teal cutie is one of my favorites especially for cooking rice - perfect fluffy results every. single. time.

the vessel cooks like nothing else. 20 lb turkey done 4 hours. fall apart perfect. heavy but beautiful...work of art. (like me)..lol
