I wanted to love this dress. The midnight navy is basically two tone. The top knit is very dark navy while the bottom is a natural navy so you actually see a two tone. The top knit is extremely thick and heavy almost scuba like. This is a lot of dress. And the off the shoulder folding constantly flips up. It’s a lot of work to put on the stress. It’s a lot of work wear this dress. I was very disappointed and returned it.

Not for me

The dress is made well, but the collar, as others have noted does not stay off the shoulders. The dress itself is thick and heavy material. I was hoping this was "the dress" but I wound up returning.

Fold over won’t stay down

This dress is beautiful! I really didn’t think it would be flattering for a curvy girl but it is!! Wearing for a formal wedding. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is they didn’t tack down the fold over and it won’t stay sown. If I can’t have a seamstress fix that I’m going to have to return it. Super bummed!!!

Unwearable without alterations

The off the shoulder panel does NOT stay folded over. You would need to sew it in place the wear. Returned the dress

Runs a little small; knot in front a little bulky

Overall this is a great dress at this price point that I'll keep for years. A few notes: I am usually an 8 or a 6 and this 8 felt a little snug. The "knot" in the front does not lay flat, which may be ok for disguising mid-section. The foldover neckline doesn't stay down but I may just have it sewn.

Fabulous!

Ok-I took off one star because the top kept rolling up! Other than that, the dress is absolutely fabulous and fit like a glove! This fits TTS. I did take it to have it altered to keep the top from rolling down. I’m Also 5’8”, so I did have the hem let out as much as possible. This is a classic piece. I feel so sexy in this!
