Fabric choice is poor!!!!

Fabric was not as expected. Not soft and what would be expected from a Ralph Lauren outfit. Did not complement a Springtime dress. Fabric choices too hard and rough.

Wanted this to work

Really cute and preppy dress. Unfortunately, it was a bit too tight across my chest and shoulders. I will try the next size up. (and, I do have broad shoulders and a bigger chest.)
