  • How To Use It

    - Prep lashes with Cils Booster XL. Cils Booster XL primer leaves lashes feeling luxurious and soft, while allowing the pigment of your favorite mascara to stand out, thus, creating an intense and rich false-lash look.
    - Hold mascara wand horizontally near lashes, with the curved side facing upwards.
    - Apply mascara in an upward swiping motion for the top lashes and bottom swiping motion for bottom lashes.
    - Layer as desired to achieve the lash extension look at home.

Good not great

I'm loyal to Lancome but this waterproof mascara does tend to get gloppy after it's been opened for awhile. I don't always need waterproof, so it's not used as much as my regular mascara. After a few months, it doesn't brush on cleanly and I have to use a tool to pull thru my eyelashes and remove some clumps...
