Poor construction; Buyer beware

I was extremely dissatisfied with this purchase due to the poor craftsmanship. The tip of the sole detached after the first wear.

I could be wrong but the scaping of the soles color looks like this was worn more than once and has some wear. Like walking in water, etc.
