Does not work
This product did not do a good job of removing my eye makeup. Then it left a greasy film that made it hard to apply new mascara. I ended up using another product.

It’s changed. I’m disappointed.
I ordered 2 bottles of Bi-facil. My daughter and I have loved this product and used it for years. What I received in the mail is a murky, foamy, cloudy product that I will return tomorrow. I’ve let it rest for a week and it doesn’t look like the same product I’m used to. Others have said it’s different and irritating. Not the same product but the same expensive price. Gives me reason to move away from Lancôme (L’Oreal) and probably save some funds! Very disappointing as a long time loyal Lancôme customer.

The best eye make-up remover!
I have used Bi-facil for several years after trying other removers, and Bi-facil is far and away the best remover I’ve tried. It’s easy to use, effective and doesn’t irritate my eyes.
