I have used this for many years. The last bottle I got was totally cloudy for a few weeks. I called Lancôme and they were supposed to be sending me a new one and a return label for the old one. I have yet to receive anything. The product has since cleared but I’m afraid to use it so it sits unopened..

Best Mascara ever!

THE BEST out there

Don't waste your time or money trying other, cheaper eye makeup removers that cause you to have to repeatedly RUB HARD on your delicate eye area. A few swipes remove even the most stubborn of waterproof mascaras/eyeliners with ease.
