Jar is Half Full

I really like this cream. I recently purchased this, but to my disappointment there is a huge air hole in the jar. I’ve never purchased cream and had this happen. I feel Lancôme should fill the entire unit. Even when I purchase Ponds cold cream, the entire jar is packed solid. For what they charge for face cream we deserve a full jar.

It irritates my under-eye area

I used the eye cream yesterday and today, when I looked at my face in the mirror, there are 2 red patches in under-eye areas, and I can see some erosion and red spots. When I apply my daily skincare, these areas hurt a lot. I will never buy it again.
