This product is not safe for toddlers. The seat “pops” into the base with a screw sitting in a rubber hole that my two year old can easily detach the chair from just by jerking her head back. How this product is even allowed to be sold is beyond me, it should be recalled so a child doesn’t get seriously injured or die.

Child’s legs cannot fit under table
Every table we have tried using this booster with, it ends up being too tall and the child’s legs cannot go under the table. This forces us to back the entire chair away from the table and continue using the tray which is what we were trying to get away from. Overall, I wanted to love this upgrade but it just hasn’t fit mine or any of my family member’s tables. We don’t have a ton of money to spare so this was an expense, but as much as I wanted to love this idea, the booster conversion is not practical for us to have nor use.

Great design, but pricey
This conversion kit is great. Very stylish and super easy to change it from high chair to booster. It's really pricey though.

LALO Booster Conversion Kit
Easy to set up, comfortable and either keep the tray on or push up to a table. Given as a gift to us when our child was 6 months old and now is 17 months.

Unhappy Personal Opinion
The instructions weren’t the best to transition from the chair to the booster seat. The straps make red marks on my child’s back and the straps to fasten the seat to a chair are difficult to tighten. The booster seat is a good height though! Side note: when trying to take out the leg piece in the front, it would NOT come out even after the clip that locks it in was through the hole. . and I ended up busting my nose with it. Sort of my fault for standing over it (don’t be like me) but it should not have been THAT difficult to come out. . Just overall not the chair for us. I’ll try to get some use out of it but need to find something to put on the strap buckle so it doesn’t irritate my child’s back. So glad it works for others but I wish I would have just stuck with the high chair we had.

Easy and works great
It was super easy to convert the Lalo highchair into the booster and so far it's working out great!

confused on set up
The straps are not working correctly. We have to shorten the strap then clip it securely and if we realize its still loose there is no way to tighten it. You have to unsnap it and tighten it more and hope it will be secure after you tighten it again. Reapeat, Repeat. I like the look but the functionality may have missed the mark on this one.
