Beware!

First of all, I am a big Lagos fan and have many pieces, so I know what to expect. The first thing I noticed when I received this necklace was the price tag was faded and old looking. Not a Bloomingdales tag. The piece was also tarnished and the clasp and Lagos label were scratched. The piece looked old and worn. Another reviewer noticed something similar happened with her Ippolita purchase so beware! When I contacted customer service and attempted to get a replacement, the agent told me she would send a replacement and a label to return the defective piece. Unfortunately, she did a return and repurchase which is not what I wanted, and I told her not to do that because, sure enough!!, within an hour or two, Bloomingdales took away reward dollars I had earned from the original purchase!! I tried calling back to correct the situation because I was planning to use the reward money to purchase something else and the sale ended that day. Once the agent did the transaction it was a done deal. Not good customer service! Made matters worse and I missed out on a sale as a result. Shame on Bloomingdales, insult to injury twice!

Perfect Valentine's Day gift
