Don't purchase unless you know you will keep
I bought this and three other rings to try, and kept one. After 6 weeks of my return being delivered, and multiple contacts to customer service, explaining my issue over and over, I am still waiting for my refund, was just told another 7-10 days to research. I don't know how else to get this resolved. Nice ring, stone is just a little big for me. Kept the next size down.
Sadly this happened to me too with a Lagos bracelet. It took over 3 weeks for Bloomingdales to acknowledge they had a bracelet I returned because it was too small. Another 3 weeks to receive my Visa refund, and even longer to receive my loyalty points back. The frustration isn’t worth it. What good are loyalty points when you can’t get your money or points returned? It’s too bad, I used to like the customer service at Bloomingdales. Now it’s non existent.
