Bracelet Obviously the Wrong Size

I was shipped a Lagos bracelet that was obviously the incorrect size. I ordered medium - which should have fit wrists 6.25”-6.75”. The bracelet I received measured 6” around. I called Bloomingdale’s and was able to return the bracelet at no cost to me. It’s taken several days to get the refund. The representative I talked to said he didn’t recommend ordering the bracelet again, because there was no way to guarantee that I would receive the correct size. I would say that is very bad for business!

How adorable and versatile

I think this is a perfect silver bracelet that comes in many sizes to fit your wrist. For me this was important as my wrist is slim. The shine is incredible and can be buffed up over time. There are many other pieces that go with this.
