terrible condition: can’t be worn

this long seater was crumpled into a tiny plastic bag and arrived too wrinkled to wear. I am not paying to have it pressed—the panels are silk! what terrible customer service. I don’t recommend ordering until the store arranges for appropriate packing. Saks uses cardboard boxes and tissue paper. two plastic bags (tiny inner and too/small outer) were wasted in sending an unwearable and expensive garment.
