Disappointing quality

So disappointed in the quality of their bath accessories! I bought two of the soap dispensers and after only a year of *light* use, both of the pumps have completely broken off. Honestly, I’ve never had problems like this even with cheap soap dispensers before. Given how expensive these are, I think these kinds of quality issues are totally unacceptable.
