Very nice but …

I really like the La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream (Sheer) . I have used it before and really enjoyed it then so I was delighted to receive a free sample with a recent purchase. The cream smells ‘ clean’ and ‘expensive’. It has a lovely medium thick consistency and glides seamlessly over my oily-combo skin.My skin instantly feels a bit more plumped and hydrated. There is some micro glitter ( which I don't mind) but can put off a lot of people so beware. But it is not very noticable. The cream doesn't feel too heavy and gives all day hydration. The sky high price is obviously a consideration as well as the extensive ingredients list( again it doesn't bother me too much ) but if you are into clean beauty or minimalist ingredients this cream definitely isn't for you.

Good but a lot of ingredients

I had to try this when it came up as a sample - it’s unlikely that I would have the budget to purchase this. It is very good, applies well, feels cool and nourishing and my skin looked and felt healthy. Looking at the ingredients there are many natural ones but also a long list of chemicals (would need to check what they are). Four stars as there are moisturisers even half the price that work very well

Defect on new Bottle Design

I've been using this product for years and the latest one I got seems to have a new package and bottle design. After a few uses, I'm not able to open the bottle twist. It will twist forever and doesn't open. I pulled the cap open by force and the jar fell over. I lost almost all the cream in it. Now I'm with a broken twist jar with almost no cream in it. I don't like the design at all and want the old design back for my favorited face cream!
