I'm glad I purchased this exfoliator despite the high price. It gently exfoliates the dead skin on my chin area. I use about once a week during the winter and two times a week during the summer. It has a nice light scent and I pair it with my favoriate foaming cleanser (any brand) in my morning shower. I previously used the 3-minute cellular peel, but developed an allergic reaction to it, so the esthetician recommended this exfoliator and I'm glad I followed her recommendation. I don't get regular facials, but once I went to Nordstrom Spa for a Hydrofacial (the machine "vacuums" the dirt/oil from pores) and the reservoir showed very little dead skin and oil. So, I know this La Prairie Cellular Mineral Face Exfoliator is effective in keeping my pores cleaned. Because you use about the size of a garbanzo bean, one tube lasts for more than six months. I highly recommend this for sensitive skin because my sensitive skin has never had a reaction (redness or irritation) after using the product.

Manual exfoliation
A spa grade exfoliation for home use The beads are not harsh but you can feel them doing their magic the skin feels silky smooth and my pores are refined also very easy to be removed The smell is very high end and reminds me of being at a spa I really enjoy massaging this into my skin and getting into all the nooks and crannies of my face I try an d follow this with my serum and sleep mask and my skin the next morning is at its best great value as I use one a week and lasts me nearly a year

La Prairie - Favourite Physical Exfoliant
I alternate using both physical and chemical exfoliators. The Cellular Mineral Face Exfoliator is my absolute all time favourite physical exfoliator. Skin becomes so soft, smooth, brighter and it does an ahmazing job cleaning the pores. La Mer's face exfoliator is decent but I much prefer La Prairie's. I'm never without though pricey I always have a backup!
