Promises not kept

I ordered LaMer eye concentrate from Bloomingdales because there was a La Mer gift with that purchase. I did receive the eye concentrate in perfect condition, but I never got the sample size products. So, I consider it false advertising, a scam.

Not very impressive

I received a sample of this eye concentrate and tried it for few days. I did not see any results as described by the producer - no visible reduction in any eye skin problems. It might be fairly hydrating but because I normally have well hydrated skin under my eyes I can't tell how well it hydrates dry skin around the eyes.
