Helped A Lot

I had a sample of this that had just been sitting there. For a while, I'd been noticing that my eyes were puffy and dark upon waking up and even after washing my face with cool water the problem was still there. I started using makeup to hide it but puffiness is hard to mask and one could clearly see if applied too much makeup to cover up the darkness. I was looking through my drawer when I spotted this sample and thought, "why not! It won't hurt but might help!" So I started using just the smallest amount around my eyes. Within just 3 maybe 4 days the puffiness was gone and the darkness was lighter. I can actually go back now to wearing just some light foundation. I don't know what this stuff is but I hope they never stop selling it. It's very expensive, I mean it's La Mer, but totally worth it. You don't need a lot either. Just the smallest amount has worked wonders for me.

All we can do is try

Many many years ago, I was given a few La Mer samples… and so it began! I don’t claim to use ALL their products; In fact, I only use a few. I am also not a cosmetic snob, but this is my huge splurge. It lasts me a very long time. I used to use the Eye Concentrate, which I went to re-purchase and was convinced to instead try the (pricier) Genaissance. There was no going back. This eye cream just has a great consistency. Admittedly, I use it solely around the eyes. I have given it five stars here, but let’s face it – – there is no turning back time, really.

What happened!

I have been using this eye cream for years but the latest I received was appalling. I wonder if it was authentic. The package is totally different, smaller box, plastic cap and wand instead of metal and the wand cannot even stand straight. Inside the cream is amount 2/3 the amount I normally saw and the color and smell have also changed and feel cheaper. Why cutting cost in lowering quality while continuing to increase the price?

This is pure magic!

I have been using La Mer products for several months and this is my favorite! Very little erases time! The applicator is very clever and is nice and cold when first using it. I love all products from La Mer, but this one is my favorite. My skin feels younger even after use.
