Pricy but worth every pound

Fantastic moisturiser, only cream that did the trick for my skin. Nourishing and with minimally harmful ingredients. Worth every pound, would definitely buy again. Soothing and smoothing 5* product for everyone Gorgeous packaging likewise especially for the mini travel sizes

Expired crème de la mer

To my tremendous surprise, the cream is expired. It has a very strange unpleasant smell. It is the first time ever that I experience something like this, and I have been buying them my entire life. And very often from Bloomingdale’s.. It’s a very expensive product, and at first, I couldn’t believe it, but I compared to the other jar of lemon that I have and indeed, the smell is different- very bad. I don’t know how long this jar has been on the shelf, but clearly it’ past its due date

Thick and luxurious

I really like this moisturiser. It’s a really thick consistency which leaves your skin feeling really well protected. When you wake up after applying it at night your skin has a glow from where the product has sunk in and taken in all the goodness! It’s expensive, so for me it wouldn’t be an every day moisturiser, but it’s great for a skin repair night after some heavy duty skin care.

Meh...

I really wanted to like this cream... but I have a suspicion this is what made my skin breakout. I do not have sensitive skin, nor am I prone to breakouts but this cream seemed to have that effect. It is SUPER thick, you really have to warm it between your fingers before you're able to apply and even then, it can drag. The scent is pleasant and is excellent for hydration during the colder months but it would suit someone with dryer skin rather than myself.

Brilliant

One of the best face creams out there happy with my purchase and will buy again. Skin feels soft and plumped. Rub between fingers to melt it before applying to your face. Works great under make up. Very expensive but great. Would recommend if your skin is starting to age. .
