Not what I expected

I received a store display bag or a returned bag because the handbag I received was not wrapped in plastic and foam like KGL usually bags are and it had scuffs on the bottom and had a wear mark on one corner. It was also shoved and bent into a dust bag and shipped with no tissue or padding. It was otherwise a gorgeous bag that felt wonderful, but for the price I'd like a brand new bag packaged with care.
