Stunning Vase

The vase is a work of art. It is so beautiful it doesn't even need flowers!

Awful experience

I ordered this as a gift, requesting a gift receipt and paying for gift-wrapping. What arrived was a vase in the manufacturer's brown cardboard box, with one seam split along its full length and repaired with scotch tape, and no gift receipt. It went back within 10 minutes of arriving, and I will only buy things from more considerate and dignified retailers in the future.
