Kluft Firm Knight Mattress

Perfect in every way. Very firm mattress with a soft, plush, comfy top. Excellent support for the body yet soft and soothing on the bones. I had first bought the Duke but found it to be too soft, almost pillow-top-like. Also found the Duke to be bulky, heavy, and a bit overwhelming. The Knight is just the right thickness and is easy to move. And, my sheets fit comfortably. Special shout out to the entire Bloomingdales team. Susan, Addison and their supervisor were fantastic and professional, and the delivery team went above and beyond -- they were on time, efficient, and helpful.

Sunken mattress

We purchased a kluft mattress 5 years ago. My husband can no longer sleep on it because it sunk. Bloomingdales sent someone to measure and they claim it didn’t sink enough. Well they measure it after it pops up, not when someone is lying on it. We are extremely disappointed that the company nor the store is standing behind their warranty
